			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">My fellow Americans, the Democrats claim that they have Constitutional authority for many of the things they do, including the recent healthcare overhaul. They always claim the same part of the Constitution when they institute these social programs, and it seems to be the only part of the Constitution that they are familiar with, although, some of their own are still clueless to this most-quoted-by-Democrats part. John Conyers, in fact, called it the “good and welfare clause.” But the supposed “welfare clause” in the Preamble of the Constitution has, like so much of the Constitution and our laws, been intentionally misunderstood by Democrats.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">The Preamble reads, “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">And that welfare clause that the Left cites for all their social workings is but a tiny fragment of that Preamble, “&#8230;promote the general welfare&#8230;”</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">Now, my fellow Americans, let us examine that, what the Democrats would call, all-encompassing clause of “social justice.”</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">This examination must start with the beginning of the actual sentence that this phrase occupies. And the beginning of that sentence is, “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union&#8230;” You catch that? It doesn&#8217;t say that it is the federal government&#8217;s prerogative, nor does this preamble in any way even speak of the government itself. The rest of the preamble talks about establishing justice, insuring domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense&#8230; Now, some of these things are things our federal government oversees, but, in all cases, it is we the people who actually do them. The government oversees our court systems, but we are the voluntary jurors, the plaintiffs, and the defendants. The government oversees our military, but we the people are the voluntary soldiers, the generals, and the sergeants, aren&#8217;t we? The government exists to provide tranquility, but only does so because we the people voluntarily want it, and it is our voluntary tranquility that provides this republic its tranquility. Do you see where I am going with this?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">But first, back to the phrase in the preamble we are dealing with right now.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">The first word of the phrase&#8230; Is it construct, design, invent, or create? Is it define, agitate, entrench, or enthrall? No. The word is promote.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">Promote: 1. To help or encourage to exist or flourish. 2. To aid in organizing. 3. To encourage the sale, acceptance, etc. of a product, especially through advertising or publicity. 4. (Informal) to obtain by cunning or trickery; wangle.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">So, looking at these definitions, which one seems to be most likely, and how do ALL of these definitions compare to the Democrats&#8217; accepted understanding of the first word of the phrase.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">My fellow Americans, I believe it is important to note that the Constitution itself was written so that the federal government&#8217;s powers would be few and defined, while the powers of the states and the people would be numerous and indefinite. In fact, that is how many of our founders described the Constitution themselves. So the accepted definitions of words presented in the Constitution would have to be assumed to be the proper meanings of those words, unless the document itself says otherwise.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">So promote&#8230; Promote, in this short clause, most likely means “To help or encourage to exist or flourish.” So it is the federal government&#8217;s job, then, to help or encourage something.</span></span></p>
<p>The next word to define, general: 1. common to most, prevalent, usual. 2. considering or dealing with overall characteristics, universal aspects, or important elements, esp. without considering all details or specific aspects. 3. not specific or definite.</p>
<p>Does this sound like something specific, like our Welfare program, Social Security, or Medicare or Medicaid, despite the definition of the word general? Of course not. They, the government, are supposed to help those who seek to improve general welfare, not perform, create, or invent a system to dispense welfare to specific individuals.</p>
<p>The last word is welfare. What does this word actually mean?</p>
<p>Welfare: 1. The good fortune, health, happiness, prosperity, etc., of a person, group, or organization; well-being: to look after a child&#8217;s welfare; the physical or moral welfare of society. 3. Financial or other assistance to an individual or family from a city, state, or national government: Thousands of jobless people in this city would starve if it weren&#8217;t for welfare. 4. (initial capital letter<img src="http://sp.ask.com/dictstatic/dictionary/graphics/luna/thinsp.png" border="0" alt="" width="2" height="4" align="bottom" />) Informal. A governmental agency that provides funds and aid to people in need, esp. those unable to work.</p>
<p>So, given the rest of the phrase&#8217;s meaning, the terms promote and general, welfare means what it said in #1. The good fortune, health, happiness, prosperity, etc of a person, group, or organization; well-being.</p>
<p>So, taken all together, what does this phrase from our preamble mean? Using the definitions of the word in the clause, “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union&#8230; to help encourage the common and universal good fortune and prosperity&#8230; do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”</p>
<p>So, what of the Democrats&#8217; translation (and I use that word accurately. Nothing ever comes through literally when you try to translate something from one thing into another)?</p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">Well, think of it like this. When the federal government tries to establish a social program, are they doing it for all of us? Will Warren Buffet, or Bill Gates, or Barack Obama himself ever have the use of one of these programs? Of course not. Will most of us in this Union ever use welfare for instance? No. Sure, there are some people in this republic that need it; the handicapped who cannot work, the victims of crimes and accidents who cannot work, etc. But those are specific cases. And charities are much better equipped to help those people than the federal government. For starters, charities don&#8217;t have to cut through all the bureaucratic garbage to get started.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">And does the unwed mother, who chose to have sex when she was 16 or 17, and now at 23 has 4 kids, no husband, and no job&#8230; Does she DESERVE the rest of us footing her bills? By force? Because the force of coercion is the only thing the government has. Do we actually pay our taxes willingly, or do we pay them because if we don&#8217;t armed men will either force us to by taking our stuff, or put us in prison? Which is it? It is coercion. It is force.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">And why must they use force, to take money from us, to do all these things that they do? Because there is no grounds for the programs in the first place. And if we were left alone long enough to figure out that out, they would have problems.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">My fellow Americans, it is imperative that we read and understand our Constitution.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">This supposed “welfare clause” is a full-on chunk of bologna, just like John Conyers&#8217;s “good and welfare clause”. For how long are we going to let these people continue to socialize this republic in ways that are difficult to reverse? It is an embarrassing and tragic end we are moving toward in this Union. We, the working class, the rich, and the ambitious, are forced to pay the way for the unambitious, for the lazy, for those who make poor choices and refuse to live up to their own responsibilities, because of the massive number of those people gaming the system, and the force of the government when it craves more taxation.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">There is no welfare clause in our Constitution. There is only a general guideline that says our government should be looking out for us, all of us, not just the poor and the unambitious, who are quite often the same people. And by looking out for us, I don&#8217;t mean providing hand outs. I mean our federal government should be insulating those who are growing the economy of the United States, as much as they can, from those who are intent on destroying it for their own benefit.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">But who, my fellow Americans, are those intent on harming our economy? This is the easiest question to provide an answer to. The ones constantly changing things, always looking for ways to help those less motivated, always looking for ways to tax those who are successful&#8230; The ones doing us harm are the Leftists in the government, not the people on welfare. It is the Left in our republic that makes the welfare recipient possible.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">It is a lesson we have been learning for over a hundred years now. When do we quit learning, and start correcting? How much more will we let them take? How much more shall we let them control? How much more will we let them subvert our guiding principles, our guiding documents, our guiding laws&#8230; Before we decide we have had enough?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">You and I both know that they will never take enough. Never. So when will we have lost enough? The reason they are doing this is clear. Only by tearing down our system, destroying our economy, and making us all dependent on the government, can the Left ever establish full control, and have the power to mete out what they see fit to all. Will we wait to say no until then? Will we wait until it is too late to do anything, after they have taken our guns, begun tracking our every movement, and established themselves as our rulers?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">Let me reiterate the entire preamble for you:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">We the People (the people, not the government) of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice (not social justice, which is what the Democrats call redistribution of wealth), insure domestic Tranquility (which includes keeping the people happy with the goings on in DC), provide for the common defense , promote the general Welfare (which means to help encourage the common and universal good fortune and prosperity, not the specific misfortunes of those who make mistakes or are helpless), and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity (yet right now we are taxing our posterity through record deficits and spending ourselves into a record debt), do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">The preamble, a bold and valiant statement on its own, needs to be understood for what it is, not what it could be. No longer can we allow the spin doctors to make our Constitution say what they want it to say. We must go by its definitions. We must go by its character. We must adhere to its principles. And those principles are the preservation of liberty, the ability to earn what you can, and the right to keep it. Nowhere in this document is there a right to take someone else&#8217;s, a right to receive what your neighbor has. Nowhere is there the responsibility of the federal government to give a ham to those who are hungry, but instead, it says to protect he who would go out and EARN a ham. The federal government is not supposed to hand out home loans and property to those who are poor, but to protect their rights to EARN a home if they are responsible enough to do so. The federal government has no authority to take from the rich and the modestly stable and give to the poor, but instead to make sure the rich and the modestly stable, and the poor person as well, has the opportunity to EARN their own keep, whether or not they choose to do just that.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">Any contradictory “interpretation” of the preamble, or any other part of the Constitution, means that the person interpreting it has a different agenda than the principles, the human dignity, represented in the document itself, which is as close to a perfect code of principles and rights and responsibilities as man has ever come up with on his own. Read it for what it says, not what it can say. Our republic, the United States of America, depends on understanding our Constitution and enforcing it.</span></span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> “<span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size:small;">A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” 2<sup>nd</sup> Amendment</span></span></p>
<p>Two factors go into the interpretation of the 2<sup>nd</sup> amendment. The first factor is the phrasing of the amendment. At the end of the amendment it says, in no limiting or uncertain terms, “&#8230;the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This is a concrete statement that is both inviolable and concise. When combined with the first part, it reads as if the founders did not intend for anyone to be able to regulate, or limit, the people&#8217;s right to weapons.</p>
<p>The second factor in this amendment is the word choice. For a long time, the first half of the amendment, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State&#8230;” is not a qualifying statement, but rather a statement of the need of the right to bear arms. The need is security. We know from the founders&#8217; own journals and papers that they did not intend for the right to weapons to be regulated by the government, but the disagreement has focused on which part of the government.</p>
<p>Gun control advocates claim that the term “State” refers to the federal government, since the dictionary&#8217;s definition of a state revolves around a collection of people in one land. Since the federal government, according to this idea, cannot regulate guns, but the 10<sup>th</sup> amendment states that whatever the federal government is not allowed to do, the states can do, the gun control advocates imply that it is regulate-able on the state and local levels. Hence, the gun control laws in many major cities, like Atlanta and New York City.</p>
<p>However, there is nowhere in our founding documents that they ever refer to the federal government, the United States as a whole, as a “State.” Taking the four most primary documents from our founding (the Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, the Declaration of Independence, and the collection of Amendments), we see that they called the USA:</p>
<p>the United States of America 6 times.             Independent States 1 time.</p>
<p>these Colonies 2 times.                                         United States 139 times.</p>
<p>these States 3 times.                                             Union 9 times.</p>
<p>Country 1 time.                                                     several States 17 times.</p>
<p>United Colonies 1 time.                                        the States 2 times.</p>
<p>Free and Independent States 2 times.            America 2 times.</p>
<p>Not once did they refer to the United States of America as a “State.” When using the term “State” they always pluralized it to “States.” The only times they used a term only once, the definition of the term came nowhere near as disputable as “State” in the 2<sup>nd</sup> amendment. Country, United Colonies, and Independent States can in no way mean anything other than the collection of States as a whole, the United States.</p>
<p>Given this disposition to be clear on the nature and meanings of their words, the founders did not intend for the term “State”, in the 2<sup>nd</sup> amendment to be taken as the federal government. They intended it to mean, “any collection of people in a land.” That includes federal, state, and local governments.</p>
<p>Interpreted properly, the 2<sup>nd</sup> amendment means, “The people&#8217;s defense, being necessary to their security, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed by anyone.”</p>
<p>We have the right to have the same weapons, or better, than our armed services carry, for it is against them, should we need to revolt as our forefathers foresaw, that we must fight. Defend the 2<sup>nd</sup> amendment. Defend your right to own and carry weapons. Your freedom, and your life, may depend on it.</p>

<p>My fellow Americans, there is a break in one of the big steps to further socialize this nation along with the rest of the world, but a temporary break at best. I say further socialize because, lets be honest, we already are socialist.</p>
<p>Need proof? I thought you would.</p>
<p>Here are the 1928 planks of the American Socialist Party; what they wanted to achieve to further Socialism in the USA.</p>
<p> 1.  &#8220;Nationalization of our natural resources, beginning with the coal mines and water sites, particularly at Boulder Dam and Muscle Shoals.&#8221; (Boulder Dam, renamed Hoover Dam, and Muscle Shoals are now both federal government projects.)</p>
<p>2.  &#8220;A publicly owned giant power system under which the federal government shall cooperate with the states and municipalities in the distribution of electrical energy to the people at cost.&#8221; (Tennessee Valley Authority.)</p>
<p>3.  &#8220;National ownership and democratic management of railroads and other means of transportation and communication.&#8221; (Railroad passenger service is completely nationalized through Amtrak. Some freight service is nationalized through Conrail. The FCC controls communications by telephone, telegraph, radio, and television.)</p>
<p>4.  &#8220;An adequate national program for flood control, flood relief, reforestation, irrigation, and reclamation.&#8221; (Government expenditures for these purposes are currently in the many [non-adjusted] billions of dollars.)</p>
<p>5.  &#8220;Immediate government relief of the unemployed by the extension of all public works and a program of long range planning of public works …&#8221; (In the 1930s, WPA and PWA were a direct counterpart; now, a wide variety of other programs are.) &#8220;All persons thus employed to be engaged at hours and wages fixed by bona-fide labor unions.&#8221; (The Davis-Bacon and Walsh-Healey Acts required contractors with government contracts to pay &#8220;prevailing wages,&#8221; generally interpreted as highest union wages.)</p>
<p>6.  &#8220;Loans to states and municipalities without interest for the purpose of carrying on public works and the taking of such other measures as will lessen widespread misery.&#8221; (Federal grants in aid to states and local municipalities currently total [non-adjusted] tens of billions of dollars a year.)</p>
<p>7.  &#8220;A system of unemployment insurance.&#8221; (Part of Social Security system)</p>
<p>8.  &#8220;The nation-wide extension of public employment agencies in cooperation with city federations of labor.&#8221; (U.S. Employment Service and affiliated state employment services administer a network of about 2,500 [in 1980] local employment offices.)</p>
<p>9.  &#8220;A system of health and accident insurance and of old age pensions as well as unemployment insurance.&#8221; (Part of Social Security system, and now proposed by the Pelosi Bill.)</p>
<p>10.  &#8220;Shortening the workday&#8221; and &#8220;Securing to every worker a rest period of no less than two days in each week.&#8221; (Legislated by wages and hours laws that require overtime for more than forty hours of work per week.)</p>
<p>11.  &#8220;Enacting of an adequate federal anti-child labor amendment.&#8221; (Not achieved as amendment, but essence incorporated in various legislative acts.)</p>
<p>12.  &#8220;Abolition of the brutal exploitation of convicts under the contract system and substitution of a cooperative organization of industries in penitentiaries and workshops for the benefit of convicts and their dependents.&#8221; (Party achieved, partly not.)</p>
<p>13.  &#8220;Increase of taxation on high income levels, of corporation taxes and inheritance taxes, the proceeds to be used for old age pensions and other forms of social insurance.&#8221; (In 1928, highest personal income tax rate, 25 percent; in 1978, 70 percent; in 1928, corporate tax rate, 12 percent; in 1978, 48 percent; in 1928, top federal estate tax rate, 20 percent; in 1978, 70 percent.)</p>
<p>14.  &#8220;Appropriation by taxation of the annual rental value of all land held for speculation.&#8221; (Not achieved in this form, but property taxes have risen drastically.)</p>
<p>Lets not kid ourselves. Last week I showed you how close we were to finishing Karl Marx&#8217;s dream of Marxism in America. Now, I present to you that despite not having finished all of Marx&#8217;s dream, we are already a very Socialist nation. It is only the belief of the blind that says otherwise.</p>
<p>From a 1944 Norman Thomas speech, who ran for President on the Socialist platform:</p>
<p><strong>“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism.</strong></p>
<p><strong>But, under the name of “liberalism”,</strong></p>
<p><strong>they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program,</strong></p>
<p><strong>until one day America will be a socialist nation,</strong></p>
<p><strong>without knowing how it happened.”</strong></p>
<p><strong>“I no longer need to run as a Presidential Candidate for the Socialist Party.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The Democratic Party has adopted our platform.”</strong></p>
<p>Welcome to the United Socialist States of America, the USSA. And oh, it is going to get worse soon. The next big step toward further socialization has been slightly delayed, but, believe me, it is only a delay for now.</p>
<p>From Reuters:</p>
<p>US President Barack Obama and other world leaders on Sunday supported delaying a legally binding climate pact until 2010 or even later, but European negotiators said the move did not imply weaker action.</p>
<p>French Environment Minister Jean-Louis Borloo said it was clear the main obstacle w3as the United States slow progress in defining its own emissions cuts.</p>
<p>“The problem is the United States, there&#8217;s no doubt about that,” Borloo, who has coordinated France&#8217;s Copenhagen negotiating effort, told Reuters in an interview.</p>
<p>“It&#8217;s the world&#8217;s number one power, the biggest emitter of greenhouse gases, the biggest per capita emitter, and it&#8217;s saying, “I&#8217;d like to but I can&#8217;t.” That&#8217;s the issue,” he said.</p>
<p>Danish and Swedish officials said they wanted all developed countries including the United States to promise numbers for cuts in emissions in Copenhagen. The US Senate has not yet agreed to carbon-capping legislation.</p>
<p>What does this mean to us? Well, my fellow Americans, it means that, for a while, we are still a sovereign nation, and we have not allowed ourselves, yet, to send all our money to other countries. Notice the jealousy in the French Environment Minister&#8217;s statement. Like so much of the rest of the world&#8217;s people, the first thing he though of when he thought of America was not even remotely about the environment. His first statement, “The problem is the United States&#8230;It&#8217;s the world&#8217;s number one power.”</p>
<p>Do you think that was simply coincidental? No. The rest of the world wants us to be like them. They want us to be dependent on other nations, like they are. Self-sufficience, which our President and the powers in Washington with all the voting majorities in our legislature will not allow us to have, is a distant dream of all the other nations in the world.</p>
<p>But, in this country, we could be self-sufficient, if we were allowed to develop our own energy sources by our tree-hugging government. If we could drill in ANWR, and everywhere else we know we have massive deposits of oil and natural gas, if we could dimply tap the resources we already know we have, we could power ourselves for hundreds more years without outside assistance.</p>
<p>Think about it. We have the technology to be self-sufficient. What major inventions HAVEN&#8217;T come from America in the last few hundred years? We have the economy; if the government would leave it the hell alone and let it correct itself. We have the room; The middle of this country is still full of huge, wide open spaces for people to settle. We even have the food production, if the Californians would turn on their water in the San Juaoquin Valley, to feed ourselves. But notice, in every situation where there is an issue, who is standing in the way.</p>
<p>The economy ruined by, and now even further controlled by; the government. Food production blocked by; the government. ANWR and other natural resource drilling blocked by; the government.</p>
<p>Our own government will not allow us to be self-sufficient because if they can siphon our money to the rest of the world, they gain more control over us.</p>
<p>You see, as with many of the things I talk about, it is the government&#8217;s strategy to control all of this nation that is our biggest threat as Americans. Nobody has the balls, or the ability, to attack us legitimately. Even in our great recession now and during the Great Depression of the 30&#8242;s, Americans still had food, cars, televisions&#8230; We are the envy of the world, and they all want us dragged down to their level. Our government realizes that destroying us, the people, will give them more power over us, and of course the rest of the world is happy that it is happening. Who will Americans turn to when they can no longer afford food for the first time in the history of this nation? Who will we turn to when we literally have nowhere to live that we can afford? We will sign our power over to the federal government and allow them to “bail us out” and our development into any other country in this world will be complete.</p>
<p>But, my fellow Americans, I am not satisfied with anything but exceptionalism out of America. I am not satisfied with not being part of the best country on Earth. I will not be happy unless we become even further advanced compared to the rest of the world. Our dollar must recover, our country must be self-sufficient, our people must be successful without government intervention.</p>
<p>How do we get there again, my fellow Americans? How do we become the far-and-away greatest power in the world we used to be? How we do we get our swagger back, so that massive powers crumble simply from the thought of having to fight the great USA, like the USSR did not too long ago?</p>
<p>The first bold step to independence for this nation, for greatness, self-sufficience, and success? It is a two step process, this first step. Two simple steps and we will be on the way to vast improvements.</p>
<p>Step 1 – Audit the Federal Reserve. Find out what they have been doing with our money, our interest rates, our interests. Find out how the Fed has brought this nation to its knees through controlling crises, killing our dollar, and destroying our financial system.</p>
<p>Step 2 – Close the Fed. Put Congress and the actual government back to work taking care of the banking and coining systems again, instead of leaving it for a non-governmental company with its own agenda. Without the inflation, deflation, boom-and-bust cycles that the Fed artificially creates, steady measurable success and wealth would improve our country again.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, I implore you to see through the veiled destruction of our nation. Every time our federal government decides to supposedly improve, oversee, alter, change, transform, develop, grow, shrink, or even simply observe a situation, they destroy it. They cannot do anything right. The post office, Medicare, medicaid, SChip, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Social Security&#8230; The list goes on and on. But for all the damage they have done, the Federal Reserve has done much much more. It is the Federal Reserve that has advised the government on all of its financial programs and decisions. Do you think all those decisions go bad because the Fed just constantly makes mistakes. NO. The only ones always screwing up are the government officials, for listening to the Fed. No, the Fed gives bad advice, supports bad ideas and programs not on accident, but because they want it to fail. But why would they want it to fail? Because every time the government thinks it needs money, where do they go? They borrow it from the Fed, and then let the Fed tell them how to invest it, and then once they lose the money they borrow more, and let the Fed advise them, again, on where to put it, WHERE THEY WASTE IT AGAIN! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF ANYTHING SO STUPID?</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, it is time, now is the time, to get rid of the Federal Reserve. We must make it a priority for whomever we elect in 2010 to the House and the Senate. MAKE THEM AGREE TO DO IT! We will never recover or improve until the Fed is no more in charge of our country and its money.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, stand up with me and take down the Federal Reserve. It is our only chance at becoming the only greatest world power again, and our only chance of being successful again as well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the transcript of my weekly State of the Union Address, as delivered on my radio show.</p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">My fellow Americans, according to the federal government, after 35 years of telling women that they should get mammograms every year, and that those should begin at age 40, they have changed their advice to beginning testing at 50 (a full 10 years later) and now say testing should occur every other year. Additionally, the government now recommends pap smears for women to begin at 21 instead of 18, and, as long as no evidence of cervical problems is found, to have tests every other year in their 20s, and every 3<sup>rd</sup> year in their 30s (instead of every year as previously advised).</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">But, my fellow Americans, you may ask “Why is this important?” Because now we know that the federal government, the omnipotent Big Brother, even before a final healthcare bill has been passed, has already begun to ration our care. They are already cutting the costs of taking care of American citizens, and we can now expect more of the same to filter down through the pipeline to all of us unintelligent non-elites.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">But will Obama, his family, and the members of Congress and all the rest of the government officials also abide by these rules despite their Mercedes health plans? Of course not.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Ask me, my fellow Americans, if there is a way this could get worse. Ask me, my fellow Americans, if they could possibly make this even harder for us. Ask, my fellow Americans, if I always have to answer my own questions. The answer to all 3: You better believe it.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">This is just the first 2 in a long line of the cost-cutting, benefit-shaving, people-are-numbers mentality that has dominated the Marxist mindset for years. We are not individuals to them, we are numbers. We do not have sovereignty in our states, in our cities, not even in our country any more after Copenhagen, and we sure as hell do not have sovereignty in our very own lives and bodies.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">We will shortly become the herd, the flock, the immeasurably inconsequential throng of dependents on a government that cares not for our safety, our borders, our lives, or even our health. To save a buck, they would rather you die of cancer or some other disease that could have been caught early. That, they will tell us, is what makes it better for the rest of us. For just as surely as they will tell Medicare people that they should not weigh down the system, through the death panels that ARE IN THESE BILLS, they will tell the rest of us that we should not harm the system with our illnesses either.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">My fellow Americans, this idea has been mis-labeled. This is not the proverbial Nanny State that so many on the right have warned us of. This is not the Welfare State that we are afraid is growing too big within our own country. No. My fellow Americans, this is the Tribulation State that is now forming. Perhaps it is not of the Bible&#8217;s prophesied tribulation period, but it is a tribulation none the less. We will be shoe-horned into taking everything this government tries to heap on us with taxes, absorb all the torturous degradation of being changed from free individuals to a conquered people, and we will continually give away our freedoms, our God-given natural rights and our belongings until these people finally turn us into the one thing they have striven for in America since its founding.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">My fellow Americans, once these bills pass, we are on the road to never-ending enslavement of our people, by our government, to afford some sort of benefits to those who refuse to earn it. It is with your vote in 2010 that we can reverse this.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">And believe me, my fellow Americans, we will have to REVERSE this. This plan is coming to fruition: this healthcare nonsense WILL PASS. What we have to do afterward is make sure its time passes also.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">God bless you, my fellow Americans, and may God have mercy on the people of this once-great nation.</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the transcript of my weekly State of the Union Address, delivered on my radio show.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, as we come off Thanksgiving weekend, with turkey and triptophan weighing us down, it is important to remember that now, despite our good feelings, our good families, and our Christmas shopping, that we have a war to wage. This is no war against a foreign country that threatens to destroy our great nation. This is not a war against our weight, even though some of us, like me, should look into it. This is a war for the very soul of America.</p>
<p>We have, for too long, sat back and expected our government to take care of things as we see fit. And instead, they have seen to our business as they saw fit. We cannot go quietly into the blue yonder while we are being taxed for everything under the sun. We cannot continue to bear the burden of a government gone rampant on our paychecks, haywire on our values, and backward on our morals. Indeed, now is the time we must instead persevere. We must fight back to reclaim this country, and re-establish the notions of Christendom, of morality, and of freedom.</p>
<p>It is against these things our government has declared war. They want us to allow America to be seen as an anti-Christian, homosexual-loving, government handout and government control country that is just like all the other nations of the world, mired in debt, doubt, and duplicity.</p>
<p>Those are the 3 Ds that America is already becoming a master of, my fellow Americans. We are leading the world in debt, and this administration, both in the White House and Congress are trying as hard as they can to make it deeper and faster. We are a nation in doubt, wondering whether our path for over 200 years is the right one, and wondering what our future holds: prosperity or ruin. And we rule the world in duplicity. Our own President belittles our agreements with friendly nations, lies about America and Americans themselves to the rest of the world, and puts us further and further in debt and doubt, while denying every bit of it.</p>
<p>We want honesty. We want the truth, Mr. President, Madame Speaker of the House, and Mr. Senate Majority Leader. We deserve the truth, not the thinly veiled lies and insults you hurl at us every day. The 3 Ds: debt, doubt, duplicity.</p>
<p>There are 3 other things that we, my fellow Americans, must arm ourselves with to ensure that our own personal tribulations and those trials rolling downhill, snowballing into us from our government, do not do us in , and bury us in the sea of debt, doubt, and duplicity.</p>
<p>Those 3 things are all Gs, and Glenn Beck spoke about them the other day on his show. The 3 Gs are our best armament against this tyranny we now face.</p>
<ol>
<li>Gold. While the US Dollar continues to fall, our government continues to print more. While our unemployment skyrockets, our nation sinks into more debt. But what 3 safe things can we trust in? The first is Gold. Gold and other precious metals, particularly, I believe, silver, are excellent investments for our future. If the dollar continues to slide, you will have no way to change your money into another currency in the future, and no way to purchase what your family needs. Gold and other precious metals and gems allow you to have a safe haven type of asset, one that is growing in value, especially when compared with our tumbling dollar.</li>
<li>What else can we trust in in this mountain of debt and tyranny? Guns. Both financially and for defense, guns are a great investment. They hold their value as long as they still work, and a gun could be a necessity if, and when, the dollar does crumble. With guns you can defend your family, your land, your property, and, as the forefathers of this great nation intended, you can defend your freedom from this growing gargantuan government. And remember, guns do you no good without ammunition, so make sure to buy up ammo for all of your guns as well. The best precious metals, with regard to my last statement about gold and silver, are actually brass, lead, and steel. I have invested heavily into brass, lead, and steel, and I encourage you to do the same.</li>
<li>What is the last, but most important, thing you can have to prepare for our possibly bleak future? This one is the easiest, and many families have already turned this way as parents lost jobs and investments. God. Without God, there is no way you or I or this country can survive, even during happier times, but especially now at the brink of collapse. It is the removal of God from this country&#8217;s courts, schools, politics, belief system, and family dinners that hastened us on this path to ruin. And God MUST BE a prime component of returning us and this nation back to success.</li>
</ol>
<p>My fellow Americans, you need 3 things in the near future, to protect you from debt, from inflation, from financial collapse, from tyranny, and from the immoral perversions of law and government that now rule our society. Gold, guns, and God. And with these three things, we can continue through these trying times to be a prosperous people, a great nation, and begin to right the wrongs that got us to this point of debt, doubt, and duplicity. My fellow Americans, remember that we are a people who promised ourselves, long ago, to do things the right way.</p>
<p> Gold, guns, God. The three things that keep you and your family on the right path.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the transcript of my weekly State of the Union Address, delivered on my radio show.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, we are in troubling times in our country, beginning with the state of our economy. The promise of freedom and the chance of success in business in this country are what has always brought new ideas to America from around the world. They are what always gave workers the ability to move up at their jobs, to go from employee, to manager, to CEO.</p>
<p>Yet our economy, which we know began struggling through the bursting of the mortgage bubble, will continue to struggle as long as the government believes their strategies are helping, or, at least, tells us that that is their intention; to help the economy.</p>
<p>But, according to the von Mises Institute, the Austrian economics theories, and plain common sense, we know that the only way for this economy to shed off its horrid debt and investments, and keep needed capital away from companies with failing strategies, is for the government to leave it alone. A company that fails should fail, both to keep its failing strategies from taking money from other companies and to act as a lesson for other companies; that the investment ideas and methods will not work. Instead, because of federal intervention, failing companies are propped up, by us, and the reallocation of capital to growing, successful companies that would use it wisely does not occur.</p>
<p>We, as a people, must hold our federal government accountable. My fellow Americans, it is not allowable that our government continues on its path of destroying, because that is what they are really doing, destroying our economy.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, you and I are the people that fund this venture, this country. You and I are the ones who must necessarily keep our officials in check.</p>
<p>How does the federal government&#8217;s intercession into our economy actually hurt it? From <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Meltdown</span>, a book by Thomas Woods, we learn some very important features of these stimulus and bailout plans that our country continues to employ.</p>
<p>First, the same plans were used during other financially troubling times. And each time these plans were used, they worsened the situation. In the Great Depression, FDR&#8217;s Progressive plans, which funded failing companies and established huge public works projects to supposedly improve infrastructure, helped to prolong what should have been an 18 month recession into a more than a decade major depression.</p>
<p>The Japanese also used these same Keynesian methods to attempt to prop up their economy during the 90&#8242;s, when their economy took a nosedive. The Japanese performed many of the same measures to try to forestall and possibly defeat the depression, including massive public works projects. During these projects 1 in 10 Japanese were employed in construction, and Japan poured as much concrete in a decade as the United States, despite having only a fraction of our population and even less land compared to the US.</p>
<p>Yet, despite all the taxpayer money pumped into projects, stimulus, and even bailouts of failing companies, the Japanese recession that began in the 90&#8242;s, which became a major depression, is still occurring today. The Japanese stock market, the Nikkei, is still below its high point in 1989. In fact it is ¼ the value as it was in 1989.</p>
<p>In Japan, as it is here now as well, the government took it upon to prop up values and prices that had escalated far too high in a government-determined system. The government made it too easy to get loans for real estate, by promising companies their backing, and threatening those that did not loosen their credit allowances. Then, when the stuff hit the fan, the government called it bad investments, took absolutely no blame, and spent (and still is spending) taxpayer money to try to keep the system intact. But the system, the constant inflation of prices, is the problem. And that system comes to us, as it comes to the Japanese, from our Federal Reserve.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, like I talked about last week, it is the Federal Reserve that causes, deepens, prolongs, and then GROWS all of these bumps in the road, these hiccups, these depressions. It is the Federal Reserve that makes the policies, issues the credit, and decides the systems through which all of these economic functions operate. It is the Federal Reserve that has perverted and destroyed our economy: not once, but many many times. The Great Depression, the hiccup of the late 70s and early 80s, the dot com bust, and now this second Great Depression.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, I promise you, despite the predictions of the Federal Reserve and our government, that this is not over. It is not even close to over. This is the INTENTION of the federal government and the Federal Reserve. This depression is what allows them to further inject themselves into the financial system of the US, and take control and power within many industries. It even gives them what they believe is the prerogative to take over more, like healthcare.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, make a pledge to your country that you will do what you must to eliminate the Federal Reserve. And then make your federal representatives, both in Congress and in the Senate, propose and vote to abolish the Fed. We will not be a successful and secure with such a cancer within our borders. America cannot become the greatest country on Earth again until the Fed is gone.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, this is our chance to begin taking our country back. The fall of the Federal Reserve MUST BE the first step in that process.</p>
<p>The buck starts and stops there.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is my weekly State of the Union Address, delivered on my radio show.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, every week I inform you of the destructive nature, the intentionally destructive nature, of the Federal Reserve. It is time to get past the information, and get into the nuts and bolts of the problem. The Federal Reserve was created by a select few individuals, bankers and the like, to supposedly oversee the banking system. You see, it would be like appointing an inmate as the warden of the prison.</p>
<p>It makes the prisoners happy, but the rest of us out here, all the normal people, get shafted by the system. When the banks feel a crunch, like that caused by the mortgage bubble, they know that they WILL be bailed out by the Fed. That&#8217;s why it is so much easier for them to make all these risky investments in the first place. They don&#8217;t care if they lose!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not their money that has to be injected to bail them out. It&#8217;s all of our money! It&#8217;s the government money freshly made that gets injected into their vaults. And what do they do with it? They turn around and make more bad investments.</p>
<p>What I am telling you, my fellow Americans, is that this will not stop as long as the Federal Reserve is the one calling the shots. The Federal Reserve makes more currency, which devalues our money, makes artificial inflation, and leads Americans and America into ruin. Think about it like this:</p>
<p>The Fed produces more money to put into the system, and, like it did last year and this year, they inject it into the banks at the top. Now, first off realize that the people overseeing this, the Democrats, are the same people who STILL complain about Reaganomics. They claim that the trickle down economics really hurt the people at the bottom, the working class.</p>
<p>But now that&#8217;s the only way they can do things. Providing money to those companies at the top&#8230; The difference? Trickle down economics was more about relaxation of taxation on big companies, which allowed them to keep more money, which allowed to hire more people and pay more to them.</p>
<p>But that was evil according to these mental midgets. So now, instead, we take the money from the bottom, and dump it into the top. THAT&#8217;S MUCH MORE FAIR FOR THE PEOPLE AT THE BOTTOM! And these idiots don&#8217;t see the reverse-Robin Hood they are pulling. At least they act like they don&#8217;t. But I think they do.</p>
<p>Back to the devaluing of our money. My fellow Americans, for every $100 Billion they pump in, it lowers the value of the dollar, according to the 2008 GDP, .7%. They pumped in over $2 trillion that we know of this year, which accounts for a 14% increase in the costs of goods and services once everything is said and done and the market adjusts its prices. 14% more for your groceries. That&#8217;s 14% more for your gas. That&#8217;s 14% more for the baby formula, the diapers, the toiletries, tires, home utilities, EVERYTHING. 14% inflation in one year, a year which many Americans have seen as the worst financial year in their lifetimes. And yet the government devalued our dollar 14%, and then claimed they did it to help us. Hey, why don&#8217;t you burn down our houses and cancel our homeowner&#8217;s insurance while you&#8217;re at it. That&#8217;s the kind of help they have been giving us.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, how much more does it take for all of us to stand up and demand that the Federal Reserve is dismantled? At this point, an audit won&#8217;t work because they have already started destroying the documents. The Fed knows something could be coming, they know we are figuring all this out, and they know that their days are numbered. But before they can do any more damage to us, my fellow Americans, it is NOW that we must bring them down.</p>
<p>It is NOW that we must take back our currency, our companies, and our freedom from financial oppression. The fair market should regulate prices. The fair market should regulate inflation and deflation. The fair market should be allowed to have its own minor fluctuations without over-reaching government adjustments. The fair market is the only way we will ever be truly free again.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, it is time to be finished with the rhetoric against the Federal Reserve. It is time to be through with talking about our financial crises and be done with the maker of our crises. It is time, far past time actually, to be rid of the Federal Reserve.</p>
<p>The only thing we have to fear is the Federal Reserve itself. Down with their arbitrary inflation. Down with corporate bailouts. Down with bank bailouts. Down with overproduction of our money supply that devalues it. Down with fractional reserve banking promoted by the Fed, where when you deposit $100, the bank turns around and lends out $1,000. Down with all of these means DOWN WITH THE FEDERAL RESERVE!</p>
<p>Down with the Federal Reserve NOW! The dollar starts at the Federal Reserve. And the buck stops there as well.</p>
<p>Down with the Fed. Freedom and prosperity await.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the transcript of my weekly State of the Union Address, delivered on my radio show.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, we all know of the deceitfulness, the lying, and the intentional misleading being perpetrated by the Left right now in our government. In the Senate on Wednesday, an amendment (800 pages) was proposed to the Reid Healthcare bill, but while being read by the Parliamentarian (which is the rule), after 3 hours Harry Reid called for a stop of the reading and told the Parliamentarian that the amendment would be accepted, despite it not being fully read. This, my fellow Americans, is against the law. Furthermore, when the confused Parliamentarian questioned the move, the Senator proposing the amendment immediately withdrew the amendment. This, too, is illegal, but Harry Reid allowed it.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, these people have no respect, indeed, I would say they even have disdain, for the rule of law. To add to their crimes of intentionally destroying our economy, lying about the actual content of the bills they are trying to get passed into law, trying to further socialize our republic, and completely misrepresenting themselves when they run for office, they now refuse to uphold the time-honored traditions and rules that accompany their day-to-day proceedings in their very jobs.</p>
<p>We cannot be run by those who sneer at our laws. We cannot be led by those who show disrespect to us, the people. We cannot be governed by those who would mock the foundations of our nation. But, my fellow Americans, THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WE VOTED FOR.</p>
<p>We have only ourselves to blame. Now I know most of you listening to me right now did not vote for any of these people, and would not have even if given the chance. But, these conniving miscreants WERE voted into their offices by people of this republic, and it is by votes of the people of this republic that we must remove them.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, it is at this point that now, rather than waiting for terms to expire, the people like Harry Reid, who intentionally break our laws, who look down on us laypeople with derision, who call us names when we disagree patriotically&#8230; It is time to be rid of those in our government who are not there to serve anyone but themselves. Not next year, or 3 years from now, or 5. NOW.</p>
<p>And I believe, my fellow Americans, that breaking the very laws that govern one&#8217;s particular office <strong>IS</strong> a fair measuring stick for the impeachment of an official.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the transcript of my State of the Union Address, delivered on my radio show.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, what follows is an excerpt from the SEIU, and then followed by some of Karl Marx&#8217;s work in the Communist Manifesto.</p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We are the Service Employees International Union, an organization of more than 1 million members united by the belief in the dignity and worth of workers and the services they provide and dedicated to improving the lives of workers and their families and creating a more just and humane society.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We are public workers, health care workers, building service workers, office workers, professional workers, and industrial and allied workers. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We seek a stronger union to build power for ourselves and to protect the people we serve.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">People of every race, ethnicity, religion, age, physical ability, gender, gender expression and sexual orientation, we are the standard-bearers in the struggle for social and economic justice begun nearly a century ago by janitors who dared to dream beyond their daily hardships and to organize for</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">economic security, dignity and respect.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Our vision is of a society:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Where all workers and their families live and work in dignity.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Where work is fulfilling and fairly rewarded.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Where workers have a meaningful voice in decisions that affect them.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Where workers have the opportunity to develop their talents and skills.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Where the collective voice and power of workers is realized in democratic and progressive unions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Where union solidarity stands firm against the forces of discrimination and hate and the unfair employment practices of exploitative employers.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">Where government plays an active role in improving the lives of working people.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">2 CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">To achieve this vision:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We must organize unorganized service workers, extending to them the gains of unionism while securing control over our industries and labor markets.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We must build political power to ensure that workers’ voices are heard at every level of government to create economic opportunity and foster social justice.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We must provide meaningful paths for member involvement and participation in strong, democratic unions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We must develop highly trained and motivated leaders at every level of the union who refl ect the membership in all its diversity.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We must bargain contracts that improve wages and working conditions, expand the role of workers in workplace decision-making, and build a stronger union.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We must build coalitions and act in solidarity with other organizations who share our concern for social</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">and economic justice.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We must engage in direct action that demonstrates our power and our determination to win.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">To accomplish these goals we must be unified—inspired by a set of beliefs and principles that</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">transcends our social and occupational diversity and guides our work. We believe we can accomplish</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">little as separate individuals, but that together we have the power to create a just society.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We believe unions are the means by which working people build power—by which ordinary people accomplish extraordinary things.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We believe our strength comes from our unity, and that we must not be divided by forces of</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, physical ability, sexual orientation or immigration status.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We believe our power and effectiveness depend upon the active participation and commitment</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">of our members, the development of our leaders, and solidarity with each other and our allies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We believe we have a special mission to bring economic and social justice to those most exploited</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">in our community—especially to women and workers of color.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">We believe our future cannot be separated from that of workers in other parts of the world who</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">struggle for economic justice, a decent life for their families, peace, dignity and democracy.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">From the Comm Manifesto</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">&#8230;Now and then the workers are victorious, but only for a time. The real fruit of their battles lie not in the immediate result, but in the ever expanding union of the workers. This union is helped on by the improved means of communication that are created by Modern Industry, and that place the workers of different localities in contact with one another. It was just this contact that was needed to centralize the numerous local struggles, all of the same character, into one national struggle between classes. But every class struggle is a political struggle. And that union, to attain which the burghers of the Middle Ages, with their miserable highways, required centuries, the modern proletarian, thanks to railways, achieve in a few years&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">&#8230;In the national struggles of the proletarians of the different countries, they point out and bring to the front the common interests of the entire proletariat, independently of all nationality&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">&#8230;The supremacy of the proletariat will cause them to vanish still faster. United action of the leading civilized countries at least is one of the first conditions for the emancipation of the proletariat&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">&#8230;But let us have done with the bourgeois objections to communism. </span></p>
<p>&#8230;We have seen above that the first step in the revolution by the working class is to raise the proletariat to the position of ruling class to win the battle of democracy.</p>
<p>The proletariat will use its political supremacy to wrest, by degree, all capital from the bourgeoisie, to centralize all instruments of production in the hands of the state, i.e., of the proletariat organized as the ruling class; and to increase the total productive forces as rapidly as possible.</p>
<p>Of course, in the beginning, this cannot be effected except by means of despotic inroads on the rights of property, and on the conditions of bourgeois production; by means of measures, therefore, which appear economically insufficient and untenable, but which, in the course of the movement, outstrip themselves, necessitate further inroads upon the old social order, and are unavoidable as a means of entirely revolutionizing the mode of production.</p>
<p>These measures will, of course, be different in different countries.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, in most advanced countries, the following will be pretty generally applicable.</p>
<p>1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.</p>
<p>2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.</p>
<p>3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.</p>
<p>4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.</p>
<p>5. Centralization of credit in the banks of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.</p>
<p>6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state.</p>
<p>7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.</p>
<p>8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.</p>
<p>9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country.</p>
<p>10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children&#8217;s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc.</p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, serif;">When, in the course of development, class distinctions have disappeared, and all production has been concentrated in the hands of a vast association of the whole nation, the public power will lose its political character. Political power, properly so called, is merely the organized power of one class for oppressing another&#8230;.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Do you see the similarities, the sharing of interests?</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the transcript of my weekly State of the Union Address, delivered on my radio show. </p>
<p>My fellow Americans, this is a time of the year, which, in my part of the country, is usually chilly, sometimes cold. But this year, in Lubbock, TX, we have had an unusually cold winter, like much of the rest of the country. In fact, in Florida and the Southeast, it is a winter like none of them have ever experienced. Just ask the iguanas, the tropical fish farmers, and the residents of Florida who have endured freezing temperatures (actually, many have not endured them at all. Many animals unsuited for cold weather, as well as some people, have died from the cold).</p>
<p>The point is that soon it will warm up, and as the summer heat begins to fade our memories of this Arctic blast of a winter, the Left will once again begin chiming the bells of global warming. They don&#8217;t care that we just exited the coldest winter for most of the US in decades. They don&#8217;t care that the next several winters (maybe 20 or more) will be just as frosty and wind-chilled. They don&#8217;t even care that records were set all over the globe for new coldest climates and all.</p>
<p>No, the Left will soon be back to banging the same old drum again. The same drum they bang every time they need to raise money, or awareness, for one of their lackwit calls-to-arms.</p>
<p>This time, though, my fellow Americans, remember that their argument has changed. They claim not just global warming, but global cooling as well, alive. They say it is now climate change that we are fighting, which could be warming or cooling. It is both that we are the cause of.</p>
<p>You see, this has become the most absurd argument in the world today. In the past, they called it global warming. It was a one-sided affair, with the argument that pollution helped the world&#8217;s climate to rise. Their pseudo-scientists managed to cobble together enough out-of-context information to promote the theory, make it sound legitimate, and then sell the idea (along with green energy, green cars, green light bulbs, green everything) to the rest of the world.</p>
<p>Since it is the desire of most people in power to try to gain more power, all the world&#8217;s leaders saw the benefit of jumping on the global warming bandwagon and riding it to higher taxation, more regulations, and greater control over their respective regions, science be damned.</p>
<p>Now that global warming has been widely de-bunked and the forecast for this winter, long before it started, called for extreme cold like we haven&#8217;t seen in decades, the pseudo-scientists and their pseudo-humanitarian friends had to change the name to climate change.</p>
<p>But, my fellow Americans, do not be fooled by the simple name change. You can call a pelican turd a pickle if you want, but it still smells fishy.</p>
<p>The science behind climate change is the same science behind global warming, and it is a science that would only be called science by people who have no clue what science really is, and instead hire people to prove their own dim-witted foregone conclusions by any means necessary.</p>
<p>Yes, Al Gore, I am talking about you.</p>
<p>But my fellow Americans, remember that this is not a time when we can simply sit back and let the Left believe what it wants to believe, because this is a time when the Left can make things happen. Until November of this year, the Liberals in the White House and Congress are going to press every single piece of garbage legislation they can think of, because they see that they will soon lose the ability to do so, and they might never have the dominant stranglehold on American politics again that they have right now. Especially not now that they have tipped their hand and showed us everything they really want to accomplish.</p>
<p>My fellow Americans, I leave you with one thought for you to reflect on in the upcoming weeks and months until November, when we, together, will set the record straight on this country&#8217;s conservative beliefs. We once revolted against taxation without representation. We can revolt again if our elected representatives continue to push on us what we consider deplorable and despicable. No more taxation, no more fake science, no more covert racism, no more covering each other&#8217;s asses and tracks. My fellow Americans, demand that your representatives be honest, open, and forthright. And for all our sakes, demand that they stop simply pushing agendas, and instead start helping we the people. After all, we are the reason they were elected. We are the reason a representative is needed in the first place.</p>
